Where Is My Order?

Every rack is cut, welded and powder coated to order in Miami, so there is a build window before anything ships. Your account shows the live status without waiting on us.

Will an accessory fit my rack?
Every Synergy rack is built on the same 3x3 inch upright system, and horizontal racks add a 2x3 inch base. Accessories are labelled for the one they mount to, so a Barbell Holder | For 3x3 Upright fits the uprights on any of our racks, and a Barbell Holder | For 2x3 Base fits the base rails on a horizontal. If you are unsure which you need, the accessories strip on each product page only shows the parts that fit that rack, and the form below will get you a definite answer with your rack in hand.
How much is shipping, and when is it free?
Shipping is free on orders over $699, before tax and after any discount code is applied. Below that, the cost depends on the size of what you ordered, since racks ship as heavy freight and small accessories go by parcel. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. PRx Performance free weights are excluded from free shipping because of their weight, and we do not currently ship outside the continental United States.
How long until my order ships?
Racks are made to order in Miami, so there is a production window before shipping rather than a box coming off a shelf. Your current status is always visible in your account, and tracking is emailed the moment the carrier scans the shipment. If your order looks stuck, tell us the order number below and we will chase it.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied you may return your item to us. The full terms, including the window and the condition requirements, are on the Return Policy page. To start a return, use the form below and choose Return, and include your order number so we can send the instructions without a back and forth.
What warranty comes with my product?
Many of our products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty, while others carry a fixed period. The warranty that applies to your item is listed on that product page under Product Specifications. To make a claim, use the form below and choose Warranty claim, and have your order number and a photo of the issue ready. Photos are the single thing that speeds a claim up most.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Financing options are shown at checkout where available.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We ship within the continental United States only, which includes the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are quoted separately at checkout where available.
Where do I find my assembly manual?
In the manuals section above. Search your model number, which is printed on the label inside the upright, and download the PDF. Assembly videos for most products are on our YouTube channel.
Do you work with commercial gyms?
Yes. We outfit commercial and semi-commercial facilities and can quote at volume. Start on the Commercial Gyms page or send the details through the form below.
