Synergy Custom Fitness LLC warrants only to the original user that our products will be free in material workmanship or defects for a period as specified below from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product. Warranties are non-transferable.

APPLICABLE TO ALL WARRANTIES​

Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, Insufficient or improper maintenance, improper storage or handling by the user, improper assembly or using a product outside of its intended use. 

The sole obligation of Synergy Custom Fitness under this warranty is only limited to the cost of replacement part(s) needed to restore product to a fully functional state.  Synergy Custom Fitness has no obligation to cover any labor costs, fees, or taxes associated with removal, transportation, or re-installation of a covered part.   

Warranties are non-transferable. 

GENERAL WARRANTY DISCLAIMER​

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THIS PRODUCT. SYNERGY CUSTOM FITNESS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF SYNERGY CUSTOM FIXTURES CORPORATION DBA SYNERGY CUSTOM FITNESS AND CLIENT’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ALL OF THE FOREGOING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL VALUE OF THIS PURCHASE.​

Synergy Custom Fitness LLC reserves the right to make changes in the design or construction of our products without obligation to incorporate such changes in products already sold and without notice.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY​

This product is warranted by Synergy Custom Fitness LLC, to the original user-owner only, and is non-transferable. Synergy Custom Fitness will warranty this product against defective materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. During the warranty period, or “lifetime” of the product, at the discretion of Synergy Custom Fitness management, if the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced without charge.

This “lifetime” warranty ends when this product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover defects in the product caused by regular wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, accident (including shipping damage), Insufficient or improper maintenance, alteration, any other cause not the result of defective materials, or workmanship. Maintenance of the product is not covered by the warranty and is the sole responsibility of user-owner. 

Any product shipped to Synergy Custom Fitness for warranty claims must have a Return Label and proof of original shipment date and requires prior authorization from Synergy Custom Fitness before shipped to our facilities.​

1-YEAR WARRANTY

Synergy Custom Fitness LLC will warranty this product from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of the product. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product.​

If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced without charge. ​

Any product shipped to Synergy Custom Fitness for warranty claims must have a Return Label and proof of original shipment date and requires prior authorization from Synergy Custom Fitness before shipped to our facilities. ​

90-DAY WARRANTY

Synergy Custom Fitness LLC will warranty this product from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase of the product. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product.​

If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced without charge.​

Any product shipped to Synergy Custom Fitness for warranty claims must have a Return Label and proof of original shipment date and requires prior authorization from Synergy Custom Fitness before shipped to our facilities.
