We know you will be happy with your choice. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item to us for a refund, credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original new condition, with all original tags, hardware, packaging, and labels attached. 

Any item not in its original new condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.  

To return an item, please email customer service at support@synergycustomfitness.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In the email subject line include: “RETURN - Order # 12345”. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our destination.

A pre-paid shipping label for your convenience will be provided, we have access to more competitive shipping rates so this could help you save money on the return shipping. However, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The total value of the pre-paid label would be deducted from final refund should you use the pre-paid label provided. 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two to four (2-4) days from the receipt of your item to process and inspect your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Damaged items.
     ●     Used items.
     ●     Clearance / Discounted items.
     ●     Custom items (colors, dimensions, options, etc.).
     ●     Missing parts including but not limited to hardware, parts, packaging, etc.
