This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms and Conditions policy.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Due to our made-to-order process and emphasis on the highest quality, please allow 14-21 business days for your order to ship. Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and upon availability. Timeline may vary occasionally depending on high demand seasons and promotions. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking information the day your order ships from our facility.
FedEx and UPS sometimes splits the orders up. You can click on your tracking number, scroll down, to see all your tracking numbers and packages associated with your order.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
LOCAL PICK UP (Temporary not available)
Local pickup is available for all local purchases at no additional fees. Pickups are available Monday – Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm excluding national observed holidays. a confirmation email will be sent to you when order is ready for pick up.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free Standard shipping on orders over $499, however more expedited options are available. See below for more details.
FREIGHT SHIPPING SERVICES
Due to the size and weight of some of our items we often use freight services to ship our products. Freight orders could take and additional 7-10 days to ship from our location.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Some of the options available are 2-Day, 1-Day, Overnight, etc.
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Once your order is packed we will supply you with a tracking number for your order
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Any order that is deemed undeliverable by the shipper will be returned to the shipper. Refunds for undeliverable shipments will be processed after 30 days if customer fails to respond to calls and emails to set up a delivery time.
Customers that do contact us within 30 days to schedule delivery will be responsible to pay new shipping costs as well as previous return shipping costs before product reships.
After 30 days from the shipment date, returned shipments will be refunded less return shipping fees and re-stocking fee of 20% when applicable.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We strive to get all orders processed for shipping as soon as possible. Unfortunately, in some cases circumstances outside our control might create delays in final delivery for third party couriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Synergy Custom Fitness is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by any third-party courier, including but not limited to weather or storm delays. In the event of any anticipated inclement weather or other delay, Client is encouraged to verify the status of the courier’s operations on their website.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or mailbox addresses. e.g., UPS mailbox address.
- Orders ship on Monday-Friday excluding national holidays.
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
- No free shipping available for deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
