Questions, answered
When and where do I pick up my order?
At the Synergy booth at Home Gym Con — Kentucky International Convention Center, Louisville, KY. Orders are collected during vendor load-out, after 6 PM on Saturday, August 1. Just bring your order confirmation.
Is my card charged when I reserve?
Yes. Reserving is a normal checkout that pays in full at the show price and holds the unit in your name — the only difference is it’s set for booth pickup instead of shipping.
What if I can’t make it to the show?
Email us at support@synergycustomfitness.com before the event and we’ll work out pickup or another option with you.
Do I have to reserve, or can I buy at the booth?
You can buy in person at the booth too, while they last. Reserving online just guarantees your unit and the show price before it sells off the floor.
Why are these priced so far below the website?
We’d rather sell these at the show than haul them home. Reserve one and you get the same Synergy build at one-time show pricing.
