Our Storage Arms are purpose-built to hold PowerBlock, NÜOBELL, SelectTech, and most other adjustable systems. Bolt them onto any standard 3x3 upright with 1" holes on 2" centers (Synergy or otherwise), set the height where you want, and dial in the angle so racking feels natural.

Bolts onto any 3" x 3" upright with 1" mounting holes on 2" centers, the industry-standard pattern used by Synergy, Rogue, REP, Sorinex, Titan, and most premium rack brands. No need to own a Synergy rack to use them.
Built for Adjustable Dumbbells
Standard L-angle shelves don't fit the wide bases of adjustable dumbbell systems. The 9" x 21" platform is purpose-built to cradle PowerBlock, NÜOBELL, SelectTech, Bowflex, and most other adjustable models without wobble.
Adjust the Height
Reposition the arms along the upright in 2" increments to find the height that feels best for racking and unracking. No matter your size, you can dial it to your body, not the other way around.
Adjust the Angle
The platform swivels side to side at the pivot bolt. Angle it out to face you for easier dumbbell access, or swivel it flush with the rack to free up floor space when you're done. Tighten the pivot bolt to lock it in.

No. This listing is for the Adjustable Dumbbell Storage Arms only. Dumbbells, weights, and the rack/upright shown in product photos are not included. The arms do come with all the mounting hardware you need to install them on your existing 3x3 upright.
You don't need a Synergy rack. A standard 3x3 upright is the industry norm 3" by 3" steel post with 1" mounting holes spaced on 2" centers. It's used on most premium racks, including Synergy, Rogue, REP Fitness, Sorinex, Titan, and many others. As long as your rack has 3x3 uprights with 1" holes on 2" centers, these arms will bolt on.
The 9" x 21" platform is purpose-built to fit the majority of adjustable dumbbells on the market, including PowerBlock, NÜOBELL, SelectTech (Bowflex), and similar systems. If you have a specific brand or model you want to confirm fits, email support@synergycustomfitness.com with the make and model and we'll let you know before you buy.
The arms mount to the upright with 1/2" bolts that pass through the 1" mounting holes spaced 2" apart along the upright. To change the height, unbolt the arms and reposition them at a new hole. For the angle, the platform sits on the arms with a pivot bolt that lets it swivel side to side. Loosen the pivot bolt, rotate the platform to your preferred angle, and tighten it back down to lock it in.
One set of arms is designed to hold one pair of adjustable dumbbells (one dumbbell sits on each arm). If you run multiple adjustable systems (for example, a lighter pair and a heavier pair), you can mount additional sets to the same upright at different heights, or to additional uprights on your rack.
Black is our most popular color and we produce it in higher volume, which lowers our per-unit manufacturing cost. We pass that savings on to you. The other 11 colors are produced in smaller batches at a slightly higher cost per unit, and the price reflects that difference.
That's the idea. With 12 color options, most customers can match the arms to their existing rack frame or color-block them as an intentional accent. If you bought a Synergy rack in a specific color, ordering the arms in the same color is the cleanest visual.
