A vertical dumbbell storage section that bolts onto a horizontal rack you already own. It is the piece people wish they had added at the time of the original order, and it retrofits cleanly later. Built for traditional hex dumbbells with handles of 5 inches or more. It will not take neoprene dumbbells.

Check Your Handle Length
Your dumbbell handles need to be at least 5 inches long to seat properly. The inside gap of the add-on is 4.32 inches, which is the spacing of the slot rather than the handle length required.
No Extra Footprint
It goes up rather than out. A horizontal rack that gains vertical storage holds substantially more without occupying another inch of floor, which is the whole reason to add one.
