Wall Mount: For mounting directly to wall studs or concrete. You'll receive brackets and 1/2" screws.
1" Holes Rack Mount: For mounting to a 3x3 or 2x3 upright that has 1" mounting holes. You'll receive the adapters needed to mount through 1" holes.
5/8" Holes Rack Mount: For mounting to a 3x3 or 2x3 upright that has 5/8" mounting holes. You'll receive the adapters needed to mount through 5/8" holes.
Not sure which hole size your rack has? Measure the mounting hole diameter, or check your rack manufacturer's spec sheet. Synergy racks use 1" holes. Some Rogue, REP, and Sorinex models use 5/8" instead.

This wall‑mounted rack was exactly what I needed. My weights used to be scattered all over the room, and now everything from 50 down to 5 pounds sits cleanly and securely on the wall.
I do have one suggestion. If you ever update the design, I’d really appreciate receiving the revised parts. The brackets that mount the rack to the wall are a bit narrow, and when I grab weights, especially the heavier ones, the rack can shift slightly left and right. Over time, that movement could start to stress the sheetrock, even though the brackets are mounted solidly into the stud.
If the brackets were the same width as the rack itself, I think it would completely eliminate that side‑to‑side motion.
Synergy, if you decide to make that change and produce wider brackets, I’d love for you to send me four of them.
Other than that, the rack is fantastic. My gym looks organized and sharp now.

If you want to hold 10 pairs of dumbbells in the most space efficient way possible, this is it. The dumbbells are super easy to grab as well, even compared to more traditional dumbbell racks. The quality of the machining and powder coat is also insane. My only complaint is the hardware. It’s not like the hardware wasn’t an afterthought, because it’s beefy, and high quality. However, the mounting solution could be easily improved. You have to partially **** in the lag, slide the bracket on, and then finish tightening with a wrench (which is included). Instead of that, I ended up using fasteners with a thinner shank and that were a tiny bit longer because it allowed me to drill them in one go with an impact wrench by having the bit go through the welded nut and then driving the lag. Thie way I did it goes a little deeper into the 2x4 studs, negates the extra tightening step, and decreases the chances of splitting a stud because of the smaller shank diameter. Also, there are 3 spots on the rack for bracket attachments, yet they only include enough brackets to mount two on each dumbbell stand. When racking and unpacking the dumbbells in the middle of the rack, you get a little twisting of the whole thing that wouldn’t be there at all if they included a total of 6 brackets so that you can keep this portion as secure as the top and bottom.

This wall mounted rack was exactly what I needed! I had my weight scattered all over the room and now they mount just fine on the wall from 50 to 5.
I only have ONE SUGGESTION and if you make this change, I would love you to ship me out new ones. And that is the brackets that mount to the wall. When I’m grabbing weights, especially the heavier ones, it tends to swing a little from left or right. I feel that overtime that would start to damage the sheet rock. And yes, the brackets were mounted very securely to the stud. I think that if you had brackets that were as wide as the rack that would eliminate the swinging back-and-forth.
Synergy, if you happen to make this change and start making the brackets as wide as the rack, I would love for you to ship me out four of them.

The product is pretty good but when the description for ordering says “optimized for hex dumbbells” it really should say does not fit round urethane dumbbells. Unfortunately the set I have from REP does not fit well and they rub when removing so I have to normally take off two sets to use one set. Not ideal and could be fixed if they measure for the popular brands or at least put stronger language in description about spacing for typical types of dumbbells.
