A loaded dumbbell rack is not something you drag across the floor. This kit puts your Delta rack on four locking casters that bolt into the holes already at the ends of the Delta leg base. Roll it where you train, step on the brakes, and it stays put.

Total Lock Brake
One press on the pedal locks both the wheel and the swivel, so the rack does not roll or spin while you rack and unrack. Press OFF and it rolls freely again.
Bolts Straight Into Your Base
Hollow kingpin casters bolt through the existing holes at each end of the Delta legs. No drilling and no welding, and the end caps close the open tube ends for a clean finish.
Rated Well Above the Rack
A set of four is rated 1,080 lb with 3" wheels or 1,200 lb with 4" wheels, comfortably above a Delta 10-Tier loaded with a full 5 to 50 lb set.
Choose Your Height
3" wheels add about 3-3/4" to the rack and keep it low. 4" wheels add about 4-3/4" and roll a little easier over mats, thresholds and floor seams.

Pemco A-Line casters from Colson: zinc plated steel, Delrin wheel bearings and 70D polyolefin wheels, tested to ANSI-ICWM:2018 and rated from -40 to 180 degrees F.
Quick Install
Pull the rubber feet, bolt in the four casters with the black 3/8" hardware and tap in the end caps. Two 9/16" wrenches and a rubber mallet are all it takes.
