A Full Upper Body Station

Pick Your Grip
The handles run from 17.5 to 22 inches apart depending on where you hold them, so you can set a narrow triceps grip or a wider chest focused dip.
Thick 1.875 Inch Handles
Each 14.5 inch handle is 1.875 inches across, a thicker grip that spreads load across your whole palm and makes long dip sets more comfortable.
Fits PRx Uprights
Attaches to the upright of any PRx Profile PRO, Profile CORE or Build Limitless rack on a 5/8 inch pin, then comes off again when you are done.
Hang It Up After
Choose the bundle to add PRx dip storage: a wall mount for 16 inch stud spacing, plus a Build Limitless rack mount. All mounting hardware is included.

Synergy uprights use 1 inch holes, so this dip station is not made for them. Check that your rack has 5/8 inch holes before you order.
