Frequently Asked Questions
It is a real powerlifting knurl, deeper than a multi purpose bar. If most of your training is high rep or Olympic style, the Elite Bar's lighter knurl will be friendlier. For heavy triples and below, aggressive is the point.
It grips your shirt and upper back during squats so the bar does not slide. It is standard equipment on serious power bars.
