Competition plates built to the standard the sport lifts on: 450mm diameter, a steel disc insert with a 50.4mm collar opening for a stable hold, and a hard 90 to 92 durometer rubber that lands nearly dead. Narrow widths leave sleeve room for real totals, sold in pairs and 210 or 320 lb sets.

Hard Rubber, Dead Bounce
A durometer of 90 to 92 makes these noticeably harder than standard bumpers. Drops land flat and stay put, exactly what heavy barbell cycling wants.
Steel Disc Insert
The full steel disc at the hub holds the 50.4mm opening tight to the sleeve, so plates do not rattle loose or wallow out over years of drops.
Narrow Where It Matters
A 45 lb Elite is just 2 inches wide, versus more than 3 for a standard bumper. Big totals fit on the bar with room to spare.
Rims That Take the Hit
Raised rubber rims keep plate faces off each other, cutting friction and wear where plates stack and slide on the sleeve. Small detail, years of difference.
Sets Built for Lifting
The 210 lb set runs 25, 35, and 45 lb pairs. The 320 lb set adds the 55s. Either way the bar is ready for real percentages.
