The E-Z curl's angled grips take the wrist strain out of bicep curls, reverse curls, spider curls, and preacher curls, and the same bends make skull crushers and triceps rollovers sit naturally in the hands. Olympic sleeves mean it loads with the same plates as your main bar.

Angles for a Reason
The zig zag bends let your wrists rotate slightly inward while curling, a more natural line of pull that keeps elbow and wrist strain out of arm training.
More Than Curls
Skull crushers, close grip pressing, front raises, triceps rollovers, upright rows. One short bar covers most of the accessory work a straight bar makes awkward.
Olympic Sleeves
The 1.96 inch sleeves take any standard Olympic plate, so this bar loads from the same plate storage as everything else in your gym. Collars and plates sold separately.
