The Standard Set
Pairs of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 lb. The range most home gyms actually use, and the exact spread a Synergy Delta 10-Tier rack stores.
The Light Set
Pairs of 3, 5, 10, 12, 15, 20, and 25 lb. Built for warm ups, accessory work, rehab, and lifters earlier in their strength curve.
The Heavy Set
Pairs of 55, 60, 65, 70, 80, 90, and 100 lb. For pressing and rowing strength that has outgrown a standard set, without hunting down single pairs.
Floor Friendly Rubber
Rubber coated heads take the sting out of every set you put down. They are quieter than bare iron and far gentler on garage concrete and gym flooring.
