It bolts directly to a 3x3 inch upright with 1 inch holes and takes standard 2 inch Olympic bars, which makes it the natural pairing for a vertical dumbbell rack where the upright is free. Slim at 2.75 inches wide, so it holds a bar without eating the space around it. Hardware included.

Bolts to Your Upright
Built for 3x3 inch uprights with 1 inch holes, which is the standard across the Synergy line and most premium racks. Pairs particularly well with the vertical dumbbell racks.
Built for Olympic Bars
Sized for standard 2 inch Olympic barbells. Slide the bar in and it stays there, so it is not leaning in a corner or rolling across the floor between sessions.
Slim Profile
Just 2.75 inches wide on the upright. It holds a full size barbell without pushing into the space you actually move through, which matters in a garage where every inch is spoken for.
Two Mounts, One System
The BBH-V1 mounts on a 3x3 upright. Its sibling, the BBH-H1, goes on 2x3 base tubing, which is the one to choose when the rack has shelves the bar would otherwise block.

If the upright is 3 inches by 3 inches with 1 inch holes, yes. That covers Synergy vertical racks, horizontal racks, plate trees, hybrid PK racks, and most premium squat racks built to the same standard.
