A rope anchor that bolts to the 3x3 inch upright of a Synergy rack and turns it into a battle rope station. The ring is 1 inch across on a quarter inch thick plate, powder coated to cut rope friction, and it takes resistance bands just as happily as rope. All mounting hardware is included, in twelve colors to match your frame.

Anchors to Your Upright
Designed to mount directly on a 3x3 inch upright, which is where most people have room to spare on a vertical or horizontal rack. Everything needed to fix it in place is in the box.
Built to Endure
A quarter inch thick plate carrying a 1 inch diameter ring. The powder coat finish is not just cosmetic here, it reduces the friction that saws through a rope where it passes over bare steel.
Ropes or Resistance Bands
The same anchor takes 1 1/2 inch and 2 inch battle ropes or a set of resistance bands. That makes it two training stations for one mount, which is a good return on a small part.
No Extra Floor Space
A rope station usually means finding somewhere to anchor. Putting it on the rack you already own means the footprint does not change at all, and the rope stores on the same frame.
Two Mounting Positions
The BRA-PL1 goes on a 3x3 upright. Its sibling, the BRA-BR2, mounts on 2x3 base tubing, which is the one to pick if you want two accessories on the same side of a rack.
