The base-mounted rope anchor. It bolts to the 2x3 inch base leg of a Synergy vertical or horizontal rack, which frees the upright for something else and lets you run two accessories down the same side of a frame. Quarter inch plate, 1 inch ring, powder coated to cut rope friction, and it takes resistance bands too.

Anchors to the Base Leg
Designed to mount on 2x3 inch base tubing rather than the upright. That is a part of the rack most people are not using for anything, so the anchor costs you no other mounting space.
Two Accessories, One Side
Because it lives on the base and not the upright, you can run this anchor and another accessory down the same side of a vertical rack without them competing for the same holes.
Built to Endure
A quarter inch thick plate carrying a 1 inch diameter ring. The powder coat is functional as well as cosmetic, reducing the friction that wears a rope where it passes over the anchor.
Ropes or Resistance Bands
The same ring takes 1 1/2 inch and 2 inch battle ropes or a band set. A low anchor point suits band work particularly well, since most band exercises pull from near the floor.

11 gauge steel under a chip-resistant powder coat, weighing 2.2 pounds assembled. Half inch hardware is included and it is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Simple Assembly
