A single 3x3 inch upright on its own base, 32 1/2" tall, drilled with 1 inch holes on 2 inch centres. That hole pattern is the one every Synergy attachment is built around, so this is the blank canvas: bolt on whatever storage or training attachment you need and put it exactly where you want it. Yes, and it is one of the more useful things you can do with them. Two stands set apart give you two uprights to span a shelf or a tier set between, which is effectively a custom rack built to your dimensions.
