This shelf has been designed as an upgrade to the Full Horizontal Storage Rack. With its 2 different mounting configurations it will accommodate Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and/or Medicine Balls.

These wide shelves will hold up to 800 lb. for the 43" shelf and up to 1,000 lb. on the 70" shelf.

Q: I want to add the Flat Shelf for Kettlebells, will I have extra pieces left over since I will not be using one of the tiers for traditional dumbbell storage?

A: Not at all, your Flat shelf will arrive by itself, all the needed support parts and even hardware for installation is already with your horizontal rack.

Q: What if later I decide I do not need a Flat Shelf anymore? Can I still go back to the original set up for traditional dumbbell storage?

A: Yes! You would just need to remove the flat Shelf and reposition some parts. You will have all the hardware and parts needed.

Q: Can I change the angle of the Flat Shelf or does it have to be at 90 degrees flat?

A: You can choose a 90 degree set up or can tilt the Flat Shelf and use it for dumbbell storage with an 18 degree tilt.
