A much needed add-on

A much-needed add-on for the Alpha 4-Tier Horizontal Rack. It holds the heavier dumbbells perfectly and rolls out surprisingly smoothly, even under a lot of weight. The build quality is outstanding just like all Synergy Fitness products, it’s built like a tank.

I’ve been using this setup heavily for about two months now and would highly recommend it. My only small gripe is that it could use retractable guiding rails attached to both the rack and the roller. When pushing it back under the main rack, aligning it perfectly can be tricky since there’s minimal clearance on each side. Even when centered, I often have to adjust it once or twice so it doesn’t catch.

One extra bonus: this add-on creates more space between the upper shelves, making it easier to grab and rerack dumbbells. I’ll still need to adjust the upper shelves down a bit more, but overall, this is an excellent and worthwhile addition.
