The LM-PL1 landmine bolts directly to any standard 3x3 upright with 1" holes on 2" centers, giving you a fixed pivot for olympic-bar landmine work without sacrificing rack space. Loads rotate a full 360° for rows, presses, twists, and overhead variations. When you're done, a built-in magnet docks it flush against the upright so it stores tight, out of the way.

No. This listing is for the LM-PL1 landmine attachment only. Olympic barbells, weight plates, and the rack/upright shown in product photos are not included. The landmine does come with all the mounting hardware you need to install it on your existing 3x3 upright.
The LM-PL1 (this listing) mounts to a 3x3" upright, like the posts on a typical squat rack or vertical rack. The LM-BR2 mounts to a 2x3" base tube, the steel running along the floor on most racks. Pick LM-PL1 if you want the landmine on the upright (best for vertical racks). Pick LM-BR2 if you want it at floor level (best for horizontal racks, or for vertical racks if the base tube isn't being used for another accessory).
You don't need a Synergy rack. A standard 3x3 upright is the industry norm 3" by 3" steel post with 1" mounting holes spaced on 2" centers. It's used on most premium racks, including Synergy, Rogue, REP Fitness, Sorinex, Titan, and many others. As long as your rack has 3x3 uprights with 1" holes on 2" centers, this landmine will bolt on.
The pivot rotates a full 360 degrees so a loaded Olympic bar can move in any direction without binding. That covers the full landmine playbook: rows, presses, twists, T-bar rows, Pallof presses, overhead landmine work, single-arm variations, and rotational core exercises.
A magnet built into the landmine holds it flush against the metal upright when not in use. Push the empty landmine against the upright after a set and the magnet keeps it parked there, out of your floor space, until you're ready to load it back up.
Any Olympic barbell with the standard 2" (50mm) sleeve. That covers nearly every full-size bar on the market: 7-foot bars, training bars, cerakote bars, deadlift bars, squat bars, and EZ-curl Olympic bars. It will not fit 1" diameter "standard" sleeves found on entry-level bars.
Quick. Two bolts through your upright's existing 1" mounting holes secure the bracket, then the landmine pivot attaches to the bracket. Most installs take 10 to 15 minutes with a single wrench. All hardware is included. PDF instructions are linked in the Documents tab above.

whats the difference between the 2x3 and 3x3 landmine variation?

Our LM-PL1 3x3 was designed to be mounted directly on a 3x3 upright. Our LM-BR2 2x3 was designed to be mounted directly on a 2x3 upright, or the base of our racks.

The powder coating 0n 2/3 items was chipped. The tape residue from the tape they used to poorly wrap the items is all over all of the items and last but not least the wrench that is supposed to be included with all the items was missing.
