Yes, with the Plate Holder Extender. It is an elbow attachment that bolts through the tree's existing holes and rotates plate storage 90 degrees.

Absolutely. Casters can be added to the base if you want to roll a loaded tree out of the way between sessions. The rubber feet that ship with it are the default, so use one or the other depending on whether you want the tree planted or mobile.
Twelve colors for the upright: Black, Synergy Blue, White, Red, Grey, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Military Green, Military Tan, Hot Pink, and Purple.
