Yes. A 3x3 inch upright measures 12 inches around, inside the 10 to 14 inch range the strap is made for.
The wall version is designed to be secured to a wood stud, and the included hardware is for a wood stud install. For anything else, the strap version on a rack or fixture is the safer choice.
The Plate Dock ships separately and arrives directly from ANCORE. The strap version ships within 3 to 5 business days of your order, the wall version within 5 to 7. Shipping on it is calculated at checkout, and it is not part of Synergy's free shipping over $249, which covers Synergy racks and accessories.
