Every order is a pair of plates in the size you choose: the ~10 lb pair is how you go heavier, the ~5 and ~2.5 lb pairs give you smaller steps. The ANCORE Pro itself is not included.

Choose a pair of ~2.5, ~5 or ~10 lb plates. The small ones make small jumps for controlled tempo work; the ~10s are ANCORE's add-on for going heavier.
Take the Pro Toward 65 lb
The ANCORE Pro ships with a 5 to 55 lb set. ANCORE rates the same unit to 65 lb with its add-on 10 lb plates, and these are those plates.

No. This is plates only, two per order, in the size you pick. The ANCORE Pro is sold separately and comes with its own 5 to 55 lb plate set, so you only need these to go heavier or to fine-tune.
For more resistance, the ~10 lb pair: ANCORE rates the Pro to 65 lb with its add-on 10 lb plates, past the 55 lb the standard set reaches. For smaller jumps between settings, the ~5 or ~2.5 lb pair. Each size is the same price, so pick by what you train.
They twist on and off the ANCORE unit, so changing resistance between movements takes seconds.
The Plate Dock holds your resistance plates next to the unit. It straps to a squat rack upright or a rounded fixture, or fixes to a wall stud.
Resistance Plates ship separately and arrive directly from ANCORE. Shipping on them is calculated at checkout, and they are not part of Synergy's free shipping over $249, which covers Synergy racks and accessories. If your order mixes the two, expect separate deliveries.
