Any combination of our four attachments: Barbell Holders ($65–$74), Plate Holders ($65–$74), Battle Rope Anchors ($65–$74), and Landmine Attachments ($119–$139). Pricing varies by color. Mix and match however you want.
What's the difference between Upright and Base mount?+
Every Synergy rack has a 3×3" upright and a 2×3" base. Upright-mount attachments attach to the vertical post. Base-mount attachments attach to the horizontal base. Both options are included — you choose where you want each attachment.
Can I pick the same attachment more than once?+
Yes. Want two Barbell Holders or three Plate Holders? Go for it. Choose whatever combination works best for your setup.
How do I claim my free attachments?+
Add your horizontal rack and your chosen attachments to your cart. The discount will be applied at checkout.
Do the attachments come in matching colors?+
Yes. All attachments are available in every color we offer — 12 options including Synergy Blue, Black, White, Red, and more. We recommend matching your rack color.
Will these attachments fit any Synergy rack?+
Yes. Every attachment is designed for the standard 3×3" upright and 2×3" base found across all Synergy racks. They're not limited to horizontal racks.
