Adjust the Height
Reposition the arms along the upright in 2-inch increments to find the height that feels best for racking and unracking. No matter your size, you can dial it to your body, not the other way around.
Adjust the Angle
The platform swivels side to side at the pivot bolt. Angle it out to face you for easier dumbbell access, or swivel it flush with the rack to free up floor space when you're done. Tighten the pivot bolt to lock it in.
Holds Accessories
The 3x3" upright is the same standard used across all Synergy accessories. Mount landmine attachments, battle rope anchors, barbell holders, and plate holders to the same rack. One footprint, many jobs.
Solid and Dependable
Built from 11-gauge steel with a 3x3" upright and 2x3" base tubing. Rubber feet are included to prevent sliding or floor damage on hardwood and tile. Backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty on the frame.

No. This listing is for the Bravo Adjustable Dumbbell Rack only. Dumbbells, weights, and accessories shown in product photos are sold separately. The rack does include all the hardware and tools you need to assemble it.
The platform is purpose-built to fit the majority of adjustable dumbbells on the market, including PowerBlock, NÜOBELL, SelectTech (Bowflex), and similar systems. If you have a specific brand or model you want to confirm fits, email support@synergycustomfitness.com with the make and model and we'll let you know before you buy.
The arms mount to the upright with 1/2" bolts that pass through the 1" mounting holes spaced 2" apart along the upright. To change the height, unbolt the arms and reposition them at a new hole. For the angle, the platform sits on the arms with a pivot bolt that lets it swivel side to side. Loosen the pivot bolt, rotate the platform to your preferred angle, and tighten it back down to lock it in.
The 3x3" upright accepts every Synergy accessory designed for 3x3 uprights. That includes landmine attachments (LM-BR2), battle rope anchors (BRA-BR2), barbell holders (BBH-V1), and plate holders (PLH1). You can fit up to 4 accessories using both sides of the rack and the legs.
The Bravo is the compact size at 32.5" H × 25" W × 24" D, designed for tighter spaces and a single set of adjustable dumbbells. The Alpha is the mid-size option, and the Delta is the largest. Black is our most popular color and we produce it in higher volume, which lowers our per-unit manufacturing cost. We pass that savings on to you. The other 11 colors are produced in smaller batches at a slightly higher cost per unit, and the price reflects that difference.

Absolutely not! As home gym owners, we know the struggle of assembling equipment with too many steps. The rack requires minimal hardware and can really take just 5-10 minutes to put together. It really doesn’t get any easier than that!
