The arms slide up and down the upright for height, the platform swivels side to side for angle, and the 3x3" upright also mounts landmines, battle ropes, plate holders, and barbell holders. Adjust the Height
Reposition the arms along the 70.5" upright in 2-inch increments. The tallest upright in our lineup gives you the widest height adjustment range, so you can dial it exactly to your body.
Adjust the Angle
The platform swivels side to side at the pivot bolt. Angle it out to face you for easier dumbbell access, or swivel it flush with the rack to free up floor space when you're done. Tighten the pivot bolt to lock it in.
Maximum Accessory Capacity
The full 70.5" of 3x3" upright accepts every Synergy accessory. Stack landmine attachments, battle rope anchors, barbell holders, and plate holders vertically up the upright. One footprint, the most accessory positions of any size in the lineup.
Solid and Dependable
Built from 11-gauge steel with a 3x3" upright and 2x3" base tubing. Rubber feet are included to prevent sliding or floor damage on hardwood and tile. Backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty on the frame.

No. This listing is for the Delta Adjustable Dumbbell Rack only. Dumbbells, weights, and accessories shown in product photos are sold separately. The rack does include all the hardware and tools you need to assemble it.
The platform is purpose-built to fit the majority of adjustable dumbbells on the market, including PowerBlock, NÜOBELL, SelectTech (Bowflex), and similar systems. If you have a specific brand or model you want to confirm fits, email support@synergycustomfitness.com with the make and model and we'll let you know before you buy.
The arms mount to the upright with 1/2" bolts that pass through the 1" mounting holes spaced 2" apart along the full 70.5" upright. To change the height, unbolt the arms and reposition them at a new hole. For the angle, the platform sits on the arms with a pivot bolt that lets it swivel side to side. Loosen the pivot bolt, rotate the platform to your preferred angle, and tighten it back down to lock it in.
The 3x3" upright accepts every Synergy accessory designed for 3x3 uprights. That includes landmine attachments (LM-BR2), battle rope anchors (BRA-BR2), barbell holders (BBH-V1), and plate holders (PLH1). The Delta's 70.5" upright is the tallest in the lineup, so you can stack multiple accessories vertically above the arms.
The Delta is the largest size at 70.5" H × 25" W × 24" D. Same compact footprint as the Bravo and Alpha, but the tallest upright in the lineup. Pick the Delta if you want the most vertical room for stacking multiple accessories above your dumbbells (landmines, plate holders, battle rope anchors, etc.) on a single rack footprint. Black is our most popular color and we produce it in higher volume, which lowers our per-unit manufacturing cost. We pass that savings on to you. The other 11 colors are produced in smaller batches at a slightly higher cost per unit, and the price reflects that difference.

Absolutely not! As home gym owners, we know the struggle of assembling equipment with too many steps. The rack requires minimal hardware and can really take just 5-10 minutes to put together. It really doesn’t get any easier than that!
